Perth Metro SEO · A practical search strategy

Privacy and enquiry information

Only provide information needed to discuss your website and services. Do not include passwords, health information or confidential customer records.

01

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect your contact details, website URL, business information, service requirements and any calculator answers you submit. Saved records include a unique reference, timestamp, estimate and originating page. A hashed request address is used to limit repeated submissions; it is not published.

02

Why we collect it

Information is used to assess your enquiry, prepare a scope and respond about the services you requested. Enquiry consent does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Calculator answers stay in page memory until you submit; they are not saved as leads merely by viewing an estimate.

03

Storage, access and requests

Submitted records are held in the hosted project database and can be viewed only through the authorised owner’s lead tool. Contact us through the website review form to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Records should be retained only while needed for the enquiry or an agreed business relationship.

04

Website services

The site hosting infrastructure processes requests to deliver the website. Signing in to private tools uses ChatGPT authentication. No third-party analytics or advertising pixels have been added in this build.

05

Lightweight website analytics

We use random first-party browser and session identifiers to count visits, page views, entry sources, landing pages and saved enquiries. Analytics does not store IP addresses, search terms, full referrer URLs or device fingerprints. Visitor identifiers expire after 180 days; the session cookie expires after 30 minutes without activity. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings stop visit tracking. Clearing cookies resets the identifier. Enquiries can still be submitted when tracking is unavailable or disabled, and those records remain unattributed in reporting.

Straight answers

The questions
worth asking.

Can I see an estimate without submitting details?

Yes. Contact capture follows the estimate.

Are enquiries public?

No. Public routes do not expose lead records.
